Casdaitifan (AB521) is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor targeting hypoxia-inducible factor 2 alpha (HIF-2α) . It demonstrates potent anti-tumor activity in preclinical models, including in vitro assays and in vivo studies using clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) xenografts.
