AChE-IN-63 is a potent, brain-penetrant, and orally bioavailable small molecule that selectively inhibits human acetylcholinesterase (hAChE; IC50 = 0.103 μM) . It also inhibits Aβ1-42 aggregation and BACE-1, making it a valuable research tool for investigating Alzheimer's disease mechanisms in both cellular and animal models.
