Anticancer agent 109
Anticancer agent 109 is a small molecule inhibitor of the Gas6/Axl signaling pathway. It downregulates Gas6, Axl, p-PI3K, and p-AKT expression in vitro, inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. It has also demonstrated efficacy in suppressing tumor growth in nude mouse xenograft models.
