BKN-1
BKN-1 is a bifunctional, far-red emissive probe for tracking mitochondrial G-quadruplex (mtG4) formation in live cells. Its mtG4 binding induces mitochondrial dysfunction, including mtDNA loss, reduced ATP, and elevated ROS, leading to anti-tumor effects through apoptosis and autophagy in cellular models.
