BTK-IN-34 (compound 9h) is a selective Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor that suppresses proliferation in RAMOS cells by specifically inhibiting BTK autophosphorylation at Tyr223. Its selectivity within the BCR pathway allows for research into B-cell malignancies and autoimmune disorders in vitro.
