CDDD11-8 is a potent, orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor targeting CDK9 and FLT3-ITD with high selectivity (Ki = 8 nM and 13 nM, respectively) . It demonstrates strong anti-proliferative effects in vitro against FLT3-ITD-positive leukemia cell lines and has shown efficacy in relevant in vivo models, supporting its use in oncology research for acute myeloid leukemia.
