Cobitolimod
Cobitolimod is a TLR9 agonist oligonucleotide that modulates immune responses by suppressing Th17 activity and promoting anti-inflammatory FoxP3 and IL-10 expression, thereby inhibiting IL-17 signaling. It is used in research for inflammatory bowel disease models, demonstrating efficacy in both in vitro immune cell assays and in vivo preclinical studies.
