COX-2-IN-43 (MYM4) is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.247 μM (COX-2) and 0.983 μM (COX-1) . It demonstrates anti-cancer properties in vitro by suppressing proliferation and colony formation while inducing apoptosis in cancer cells.
