Dencatistat
Dencatistat (CTPS1-IN-2) is a potent, orally bioavailable, and selective inhibitor of cytidine triphosphate synthase 1 (CTPS1) . It demonstrates anti-proliferative activity in vitro against B-cell and T-cell lymphomas and solid tumors, with in vivo efficacy shown in preclinical lymphoma models.
