Divarasib adipate
Divarasib (GDC-6036) adipate is an orally bioavailable, covalent KRAS G12C inhibitor with sub-nanomolar potency (IC50 <0.01 μM) . It irreversibly binds the switch-II pocket, locking KRAS in its inactive GDP-bound conformation, and is used in both in vitro biochemical assays and in vivo cancer research models.
