EBOV-IN-4 (compound 12) is a benzothiazepine-based small molecule that potently inhibits Ebola virus GP-pseudotyped particles with 64.9% inhibition at 10 μM, while showing no activity against African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) . This inhibitor is a useful research tool for in vitro virology studies targeting Ebola virus entry mechanisms.
