EGFR-IN-97
EGFR-IN-97 is a potent EGFR inhibitor effective against Ba/F3 cells harboring L858R/T790M/C797S or Del19/T790M/C797S mutations, with IC50 values of approximately 0.4 μM. It also induces apoptosis in NCI-H1975-EGFR L858R/T790M/C797S cells at 0.8 μM. This compound is a valuable research tool for studying resistant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in vitro.
