Fasudil mesylate
Fasudil mesylate (HA-1077) is an orally active, non-specific Rho kinase (ROCK) inhibitor with additional activity against PKA, PKC, and PKG. It also functions as a calcium channel antagonist and vasodilator. This small molecule is widely used in cardiovascular and neurological disease research, including in vitro enzyme assays and in vivo models of hypertension and cerebral vasospasm.
