Ferroptosis-IN-4 (6k) is a ferroptosis inhibitor with an EC50 of 20 μM and minimal cytotoxicity. It has demonstrated protective effects in vivo, ameliorating renal dysfunction in a mouse model of glycerol-induced rhabdomyolysis-acute kidney injury (RM-AKI) .
