Galectin-3-IN-4
Galectin-3-IN-4 is a potent and selective, orally bioavailable inhibitor of galectin-3, with IC50 values of 21 nM (hGal-3) and 167 nM (mGal-3) . It shows >75-fold selectivity over hGal-1 and hGal-9, supporting its use in fibrosis, cancer, and inflammation research in vitro and in vivo.
