GSK-J2 sodium is the inactive sodium salt isomer of GSK-J1, a potent and selective inhibitor of the H3K27me3/me2 demethylases JMJD3/KDM6B and UTX/KDM6A. This inhibitor is widely used in epigenetic research to study histone methylation dynamics in cancer, immunology, and developmental biology, both in cellular and animal models.
