HSP90-IN-21
HSP90-IN-21 (5e) is a potent antiplasmodial compound, demonstrating IC50 values of 0.04 and 0.17 μM against P. falciparum strains Pf3D7 and PfDd2, respectively. It also shows cytotoxicity in HepG2 cells (IC50 = 2.91 μM) . This small molecule is a research tool for studying malaria parasite biology and HSP90 inhibition in vitro.
