INX-315 is a selective, orally bioavailable CDK2 inhibitor. It demonstrates anticancer activity by inducing cell cycle arrest, senescence, and suppressing E2F-driven transcription, validated in models of CCNE1-amplified cancers and CDK4/6 inhibitor-resistant breast cancer.
