Isomaltulose monohydrate
Isomaltulose monohydrate is a small molecule inhibitor of fMLP-induced signaling, suppressing respiratory burst, superoxide production, and chemotaxis in neutrophils by disrupting Gi protein βγ subunit interactions. Its application in research includes studying neutrophil-mediated inflammation and FSGS-related TRPC6 mutants in both in vitro and in vivo models.
