Lifirafenib maleate
Lifirafenib maleate (BGB-283) is a novel dual-target inhibitor of BRaf V600E and EGFR, demonstrating potent in vitro activity with IC50 values of 23 nM and 29 nM, respectively. It has been utilized in preclinical research to study targeted therapies in cancers driven by these kinases, including in vivo models of colorectal and non-small cell lung cancer.
