MC-VA-T-moiety (CH2-NH-CH3) –Exatecan (compound 11-5) is a drug-linker conjugate designed for constructing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . This cleavable conjugate enables targeted delivery of the exatecan payload, a topoisomerase I inhibitor, and has demonstrated potent antitumor efficacy in preclinical in vitro and in vivo cancer models.
