METTL1-WDR4-IN-2
METTL1-WDR4-IN-2 (compound 6) is a selective inhibitor of the METTL1-WDR4 methyltransferase complex with an IC50 of 41 μM. It exhibits significant selectivity over METTL3-METTL14 and modest selectivity against METTL16. This tool compound is used in vitro to investigate the role of m7G tRNA modification in cancer and stem cell biology.
