Nitroso-PSAP
Nitroso-PSAP is a chromogenic reagent for the specific colorimetric detection of ferrous iron (Fe2+), forming a green complex with λmax at 756 nm (ε=4.5x104 L·mol−1·cm−1) . It is used in analytical biochemistry for quantifying iron in mineralized biological samples, such as blood, in both in vitro diagnostic and research applications.
