Ulodesine succinate anhydrous
Ulodesine (BCX4208) is a potent, once-daily oral PNP inhibitor with a 0.5 nM IC50, developed to lower serum uric acid for gout. It is also being investigated in early clinical trials for psoriasis, with research applications in purine metabolism studies both in vitro and in vivo.
