YD-3
YD-3 is a PAR4 antagonist that inhibits thrombin-induced platelet aggregation (IC50=28.3 μM in rabbits) and VSMC proliferation via Ras/ERK pathways, reducing neointimal thickening in vivo. It suppresses thrombin-induced Flk-1 expression and is a useful tool for studying thrombin-driven angiogenesis and vascular remodeling.
