ETH-LAD (N-Ethyl-nor-LSD) is a potent 5-HT2A receptor agonist (Ki=5.1 nM) with high affinity for dopamine D2 (Ki=4.4 nM) and D1 receptors. This psychoactive lysergamide is used in neuroscience research to study receptor pharmacology and psychedelic effects in both in vitro assays and in vivo rodent models.
