Microtubule destabilizing agent-2

Microtubule destabilizing agent-2 (Compound 21) is an orally bioavailable, selective anticancer agent that inhibits tubulin polymerization. It induces G0/G1 cell cycle arrest and caspase-mediated apoptosis in tumor cells, while also demonstrating anti-inflammatory effects by suppressing TNF-α and IL-6 in vitro and inhibiting tumor growth in mouse xenograft models.
