Gamma-DGG TFA
Gamma-DGG TFA is a broad-spectrum excitatory amino acid antagonist that blocks NMDA, Kainate, and Quisqualate receptor-mediated depolarization and suppresses excitatory postsynaptic potentials. It is utilized in vitro, such as in hippocampal slice studies, and in vivo to investigate excitatory neurotransmission and neuroprotection.
