TLR4/NF-κB-IN-1

TLR4/NF-κB-IN-1 (7x) is an orally active, brain-penetrant small molecule inhibitor of the TLR4/NF-κB pathway. It demonstrates anti-inflammatory effects in vivo, alleviating LPS-induced neuroinflammation in mice and reducing levels of TLR4, P-NF-κB, and P-IκB-α proteins, supporting research into neuroinflammatory and systemic inflammatory diseases.
