Ibetazol
Ibetazol is a cell-permeable small molecule inhibitor of nuclear import protein KPNB1 (importin β1) . It covalently binds to Cys585, blocking importin β1-mediated nuclear transport with an EC50 of 6.1 μM. This inhibitor is used in vitro to study nucleocytoplasmic transport, viral infection mechanisms, and cancer cell signaling pathways.
