GuaB-IN-1

GuaB-IN-1 (Compound 15) is a promising antitubercular agent, demonstrating potent in vitro activity against M. tuberculosis with a MIC of 0.25 μM. It shows moderate hERG inhibition (28% at 10 μM) and is a valuable tool compound for tuberculosis drug discovery research in biochemical and microbiological assays.
