AKT-IN-25

AKT-IN-25 (Compound 14a) is a potent Akt inhibitor that blocks its phosphorylation, disrupting the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway. It induces G1 phase cell cycle arrest, inhibits migration, and suppresses proliferation in pancreatic cancer cell lines PANC-1, PATU-T, and SUIT-2, with IC50 values ranging from 1.32 to 3.85 μM. This inhibitor is a valuable tool for studying oncogenic signaling in vitro.
