NW16
NW16 is an orally bioavailable STAT3 inhibitor (Kd = 11.0 μM) that exhibits potent anti-proliferative activity in vitro against HCT116, A549, and B16 cancer cells. It induces S-phase arrest, apoptosis, and ROS production while suppressing the PI3K/AKT pathway, and has demonstrated in vivo antitumor efficacy in mouse models.
