Triphenyl phosphate

Triphenyl phosphate (TPP) is an organophosphorus flame retardant and endocrine disruptor studied for its toxicological effects. Research applications include investigating its role in inducing oxidative stress and neurobehavioral abnormalities via the MAO-A/ROS/NF-κB pathway in placental and neuronal models, both in vitro and in vivo.
