AChE/BChE-IN-25 (Compound 6e) is a potent dual inhibitor of human acetylcholinesterase (IC50=7.9 nM) and equine butyrylcholinesterase (IC50=0.79 nM) . It also functions as an antioxidant (IC50=22.91 μM) and has demonstrated neuroprotective effects in Drosophila and mouse models of cognitive impairment, showing promise for Alzheimer's disease research.
