JBJ-07-149 is a potent, selective inhibitor of the EGFRL858R/T790M mutant (IC50 = 1.1 nM) . It demonstrates anti-proliferative activity in Ba/F3 cells, with efficacy significantly enhanced in combination with Cetuximab. This compound is also a key chemical precursor for synthesizing the PROTAC molecule [DDC-01-163], supporting targeted protein degradation research.
