Microtubule inhibitor 12
Microtubule inhibitor 12 (Compound 2k) is a potent anti-proliferative agent that disrupts microtubule dynamics (IC50 = 22.23 μM), leading to G2/M phase arrest, apoptosis, and inhibited migration in cancer cells. It shows low micromolar IC50 values against multiple cancer cell lines (B16-F10, A549, HepG2, MCF-7) and exhibits in vivo antitumor activity in mouse models.
