AM-A3 is a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) designed to selectively degrade the estrogen receptor (ER) . It serves as a chemical tool for investigating ER biology and function in both cellular (in vitro) and animal (in vivo) models of hormone-dependent cancers.
