FXR agonist9 (compound 26) is a selective, orally bioavailable partial FXR agonist (EC50 = 0.09 μM, 75.13% efficacy) . It has demonstrated in vivo efficacy, ameliorating pathological features in mouse models of HFD- and CCl4-induced metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease.
