Dioleyl phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid activator of PKC-γ, effective at 100 μM under low calcium conditions (<0.5 μM Ca2+) . It is a valuable tool for studying PKC signaling mechanisms in both cellular and biochemical in vitro assays.
