Top/HDAC-IN-3
Top/HDAC-IN-3 (Compound 31) is an orally active dual inhibitor of topoisomerase and HDAC. It exerts antitumor effects by inducing ROS-mediated DNA damage, leading to apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. In vivo studies in NSCLC models show superior tumor growth inhibition compared to SAHA and SAHA/Irinotecan combinations.
