7-acetyl Paclitaxel
7-Acetyl Paclitaxel is a microtubule-stabilizing agent that inhibits calcium-induced depolymerization at 10 μM. It potently suppresses J774.2 macrophage proliferation (IC50 ~60 nM) and enhances NO and TNF production in mouse peritoneal macrophages, making it a useful research tool for studying immunomodulation and cytoskeleton dynamics in vitro.
