CLM3
CLM3 is a pyrazolopyrimidine-based multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor that suppresses proliferation and induces apoptosis in endothelial and cancer cells by blocking VEGFR-2, EGFR, and RET phosphorylation. Its activity is synergistically enhanced with SN38, supporting its use in oncology research for in vitro and in vivo studies of angiogenesis and tumor growth signaling pathways.
