COX-2-IN-48

COX-2-IN-48 (5-25) is a potent and selective COX-2 inhibitor (IC50 = 51.7 nM) with demonstrated anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity in rodent models. Its mechanism involves suppressing the NF-κB pathway, thereby inhibiting IκB degradation, p65 nuclear translocation, and downstream expression of COX-2 and iNOS.
