ZMF-24 is a small molecule EIF3D inhibitor that suppresses glycolysis and induces apoptosis via sustained ER stress in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells, with in vitro IC50 values of 0.22 μM (BT-549) and 0.44 μM (MDA-MB-231) . It is a research tool for studying TNBC metabolism and cell death mechanisms.
