CV-4-26

CV-4-26 is a covalent TEAD inhibitor that suppresses YAP/TEAD-mediated transcription, reducing CTGF and CYR61 expression. It exhibits anti-proliferative effects in HCC and HB models by inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in vitro, as shown in studies with Huh7 and HepG2 cells.
