Apoptosis inducer 22
Apoptosisinducer 22 (QR-5) is a small molecule Wnt/β-catenin pathway inhibitor that induces apoptosis in colon cancer cell lines, including SW480 and HT29, with IC50 values of 63.1 μM and 46.5 μM, respectively. It is a research tool for studying apoptosis mechanisms and targeted cancer therapies in vitro.
