Isoforretin A
Isoforretin A is a potent thioredoxin-1 (Trx1) inhibitor that covalently binds to Cys32/Cys35, inducing ROS-mediated DNA damage and apoptosis in cancer cells. It has demonstrated anti-tumor efficacy in both in vitro studies and in a HepG2 xenograft mouse model, supporting its application in oncology and redox biology research.
