YLL545 is a potent and selective VEGFR2 inhibitor that blocks VEGF-induced receptor phosphorylation and downstream signaling (pSTAT3, pERK1/2) in HUVECs. It effectively suppresses endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and tube formation in vitro and demonstrates anti-tumor efficacy by inhibiting angiogenesis and inducing apoptosis in breast cancer mouse models.
