CEP1347-VHL-02 is a PROTAC degrader that selectively targets MLK3 for ubiquitination and degradation. It is composed of the MLK3-binding ligand CEP-1347 conjugated via a PEG linker to the VHL-recruiting ligand (S, R, S) -AHPC-Me. This tool compound enables the study of MLK3 function and kinase signaling pathways in both cellular and in vivo research contexts.
